Jonathan Hall is a professional development consultant, workforce readiness expert, and men’s style consultant. After a 20-year corporate career with Cox Communications and Comcast—where he worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt and project manager—Jonathan founded his own consultancy to help individuals master "executive presence." He is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and lives in Oklahoma City.

Jonathan M. Hall is a dynamic leader, speaker, and consultant dedicated to helping individuals maximize their potential and present themselves with confidence and purpose. Born and raised on the Eastside of Oklahoma City, he is a proud graduate of Frederick A. Douglass High School and the University of Central Oklahoma. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate America, including leadership roles in project and change management at Comcast and Cox Communications, he has been blessed to be married for over 30 years. He and his wife have raised two grown children.

Jonathan is the Founder and CEO of Jonathan M. Hall Consulting, where he partners with corporations, educational institutions, and nonprofits to deliver professional development, workforce readiness, and personal branding programs that equip individuals to lead and succeed. He has also served in significant ministry roles as an ordained Staff Pastor, Elder and department leader.

After spending 11 years in the Atlanta area, where he founded and led Brothers of Forsyth and served on boards including Mentor Me North Georgia and the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Community Council, he has returned home to Oklahoma City. He now serves as an Educator with True Dads, on the Executive Team as his church, IMPACT Community Church, and as a board member of the Oklahoma City Black Chamber of Commerce. Jonathan is committed to advancing knowledge, leadership and opportunity across his community.
